4 out of 5 people in India are looking to change jobs this year!

It is important that professionals continually invest in improving their skills so that they can be selected for different roles.

According to this company survey, 2 out of 3 people believe that based on their skills they can find a better job for themselves. According to the LinkedIn Workforce Confidence Index, 2 out of 5 professionals in India feel they are prepared for the economic downturn. In other words, 43% of people consider themselves prepared for the economic slowdown. 54% of these people are in India and are connected or connecting with the right people to grow their network. 44% of people are also learning new skills that are in demand today.
