4 out of 5 people in India are looking to change jobs this year!

While 64% of these job seekers are in the age group of 45-54 years. The survey carried out by the company has revealed that 78% of people say that they are looking for a new job for themselves.

Along with this, professionals are also paying a lot of attention to their skill development and are trying to acquire multiple skills by continuously improving them. So that you can achieve a long stability in your career. To do this, it is also looking for new opportunities. Neerjita Banerjee, LinkedIn Career Expert and Managing Editor of LinkedIn India, said that despite the current global uncertainty, the Indian workforce is building on its own potential, trying to push itself, IANS reports. It is important that professionals continually invest in improving their skills so that they can be selected for different roles.

According to this company survey, 2 out of 3 people believe that based on their skills they can find a better job for themselves. According to the LinkedIn Workforce Confidence Index, 2 out of 5 professionals in India feel they are prepared for the economic downturn. In other words, 43% of people consider themselves prepared for the economic slowdown. 54% of these people are in India and are connected or connecting with the right people to grow their network. 44% of people are also learning new skills that are in demand today.
