4 out of 5 professionals need a job in India, a LinkedIn report reveals. According to this company survey, 2 out of 3 people believe that based on their skills they can find a better job for themselves. According to the LinkedIn Workforce Confidence Index, 2 out of 5 professionals in India feel they are prepared for the economic downturn. In other words, 43% of people consider themselves prepared for the economic slowdown. 54% of these people are in India and are connected or connecting with the right people to grow their network. 44% of people are also learning new skills that are in demand today.
