Adani Transmission Declares Q3 FY23 PAT Results Increase By 73 Percent To Rs 478 Crore

Adani Transmission Third Quarter Results: Adani Transmission Limited has announced the results for the third quarter for October to December of the fiscal year 2022-23. In the quarter ending December 31, 2022, Adani Transmission’s profit increased 73 percent compared to the same quarter last year. Adani Transmission’s profit was Rs 478.15 crore which was Rs 283.75 crore in Q3 2021-22.

There has been a 15.8 per cent jump in revenue for Adani Transmission in the third quarter, which was Rs 2,623 crore in the same quarter of the last fiscal year. The EBITDA of the company stood at Rs 1798 crore in the third quarter, up 28.9 per cent. The company stated in its statement that the company’s revenues increased due to the commissioning of new transmission lines. In the third quarter of the current fiscal year, there has been a 34 per cent increase in cash profit and it has been Rs 955 crore. At the same time, the EPS has been Rs 4.26 per share during this period.

The company said that in the third quarter, it started operation of 371 ckm with a system availability of 99.75 percent. Due to increased demand in the commercial segment in the third quarter, electricity demand increased by 4.4 percent. Along with this, there has been a 5.6 percent reduction in distribution losses.

Adani Transmission CEO Anil Sardana said the company is making continuous progress. Adani Transmission has become a major player in transmission and distribution. The recently commissioned pipeline of projects and assets will further strengthen our presence as the largest private sector transmission and distribution company in India, he said.
