Gujarat dairy cooperative Amul has announced an increase of up to Rs 3 per liter of fresh milk from today. After this review, the price of Amul Gold will be Rs 66 per liter. Amul said in a statement on Thursday thatFresh Amul Rs 54 per liter, Amul cow milk Rs 56 per liter and Amul A2 buffalo milk will now cost Rs 70 per liter.

The Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation (GCMMF), which markets its dairy products under the Amul brand, last increased the prices of its Gold, Taza and Shakti milk brands by Rs 2 per liter in October.

We would like to inform you that the price of Amul bag milk (all variants) has been increased from February 3, the Marketing Federation said in a statement. The increase in prices was due to the increase in the total cost of operation and milk production. Amul had said that the cost of cattle feed alone increased by almost 20 percent.
