Star Plus’ popular series ‘Anupama’ has caused a stir. Vanraj Shah gets angry after Leela misbehaves with Toshu. Leela says that she didn’t see what sin she committed because Toshu was born into her family. Samar says that it’s late at night, they should find Toshu right away. Vanraj warns him not to do this. Toshu’s assistant rushes over and reports that Toshu’s life is in danger. Vanraj warns her to stop the drama and leave. The attendant asks him to go see Toshu immediately, as something has really happened to him. Maya asks Anupama if she doesn’t love her 3 children. Anupama says 4 Maya says that she can understand and feel when her children are in trouble, even she used to worry every time little Anu got sick. Anupama feels that something has happened.
The Shah family leaves the house and finds Toshu unconscious on the way. Samar calls an ambulance and takes her to the hospital where the doctors transfer her to the ICU. Samar calls Anupama but she keeps the phone on silent mode and does not answer her call. Leela and Hasmukh discuss that Toshu must have fainted due to her weakness. Vanraj collapses upon seeing Toshu’s condition. Anupama feels restless and breaks down in tears hearing about Toshu when she sees Samar’s missed call. Vanraj asks the doctor what happened to his son. The doctor says that he can only say something after the report comes in, whatever happened is very bad. Anupama wakes up Anuj and tells her that Toshu is in the city hospital.
He goes to get medicine for Toshu. Vanraj is devastated by Toshu’s condition. Vanraj tells Kinjal that he can go home if he wants to. Kinjal says how he can leave Toshu in this condition. Although she is angry with him, she can’t bear to see him like this. Anuj drives the car towards the hospital and assures Anupama that nothing will happen to Toshu. Anupama cries. Vanraj cries embracing Hasmukh. Anupama reaches the hospital and stays there watching Toshu’s condition. She recalls Toshu’s childhood and tells how it happened. Vanraj says that he never thought that everything would change so much in a second, Toshu was fighting with him some time ago and now the doctor says that his condition is critical.
All family members express their concern for Toshu. Anupama stammers what happened to Toshu. Vanraj says they don’t know, the doctors said they can only report after the test results come in. Leela blames Anupama for Toshu’s condition and curses her. Hasmukh asks him to stop. Anuj says that he knows she’s in a panic, but being older she shouldn’t talk nonsense. Vanraj also asks Leela to stay from her. Leela keeps cursing and blaming Anupama for everything Toshu does. Kavya says why Leela blames Anupama for everything.
Anuj comforts Vanraj and goes to talk to the doctor. Kavya asks Vanraj and Anupama to sit down. Vanraj and Anupama describe their love for their children in a long speech. Vanraj feels guilty for cursing Toshu. Anupama says that she did not mean that. Anuj comes back and says that everything will be fine.
