
Laptop News Desk – Taiwanese company Asus has expanded its Asus ROG series of gaming laptops in the Indian market. Asus first introduced these laptops at the Consumer Electronic Show (CES) 2023. The recently released laptops by Asus include the Asus ROG Strix 16, 17, and 18. Apart from this, the company also introduced the Asus ROG Zephyrus M16.
The Asus ROG Strix 16, 17, and 18 and Zephyrus M16 can be found on Amazon and Flipkart, in addition to the company’s site. Customers who pre-book all models will get a range of accessories and support plan up to Rs 50,000. These accessories will include the ROG Gladius II mouse, Strix Go Core gaming headset, Scope keyboard, and 1+2 warranty. Apart from this, Accidental Damage Protection will be available for three years.
Asus ROG Strix Scar 16 and 18 will get Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 GPU with Intel Core i9-13980HX processor. Asus Scar 16 sports a 16-inch QuadHD display with a 240Hz refresh rate. It can be purchased in HDR and non-HDR formats. The Scar 18 sports an 18-inch QHD screen. It also has a variant with a Full HD screen. The refresh rate of both models is 165Hz. Both laptops will get 64GB of DDR5 RAM and 4TB PCIe Gen4 SSD storage. Both have a 90Whr battery.
For connectivity, both laptops have 2 USB-C 3.2 Gen2, a Thunderbolt 4, 3.0 charging port, and 2 USB-A 3.2 Gen2 ports along with 1 Ethernet, 1 HDMI 2.1, and 1 3.5mm audio jack. Asus ROG Strix Scar 17 sports a 17-inch QHD screen with an AMD Ryzen 9 7945HX processor. It has 2TB SSD storage. New design with ROG Zephyrus M16 but same processor, RAM and storage available with the previous model. Intel Core i9-13900H processor is available in it.
