Vijay Kumar from Uttarakhand is known to have gone to Turkey on business. Since the terrible earthquake on the 6th, his whereabouts have not been found. His body was recovered from the rubble of a hotel in Malatya during the rescue operation on Saturday. The message of condolences was conveyed through a tweet on behalf of the Embassy of India. In addition, arrangements are being made to release the body to the family.
