Daily digital news desk: Financial growth will bottom out this year – the IMF had already given this warning. The International Monetary Fund, in a January report on Tuesday, said it would grow just 2.9 percent in 2023. Last year this growth rate (Global Growth) was 3.4 percent. However, the IMF estimates that India will not suffer much from the global financial crisis. However, the growth rate will slightly decrease. However, judging by the general appearance, India will be in a favorable situation, the IMF said.
The chief economist of the International Monetary Fund, Pierre Olivier Guerinchas, said: “Domestic banks are trying to reduce the problem of inflation in different parts of the world. But there is still a lot of work to be done to control inflation. In this situation, the intensity of the war between Russia and Ukraine will have an impact on financial growth. Due to the severity of the covid in China, the financial velocity will drop a lot in one fell swoop.

Tuesday’s report clarified that India’s financial growth will suffer a bit this year. The growth rate in 2022 was 6.8 percent. In the current year, its amount will decrease to 6.1 percent. But India will see the light of hope in the coming days. Because in 2024 the growth rate will rise again to 6.8 percent. The IMF has said that the growth rate of several countries, including the United States, Britain and Italy, will drop sharply.
On India’s financial growth, Gurinchas said: “It will stay at 6.8 percent until March. Even if it drops to 6.1 percent for the next fiscal year, there’s no reason to worry about that. But the international situation is responsible for that. Demand within India is not likely to fall like that. So even if financial growth slows slightly, that shock can be managed. India’s financial growth will hit 6.8 percent again in 2024.” Apart from India, the IMF is bullish on all of Asia. According to the organization’s report, the financial growth rate of many countries will increase even in recession.
