The integrated net profit of the diversified ITC Ltd increased by 23.09% to Rs 5,070.09 crore in the third quarter of the current fiscal year. The company’s total expenses decreased by 3.29% to Rs 12,772.27 crore during the reporting period. The figure stood at Rs 13,207.28 crore in the third quarter of the last fiscal year. Detailing its financial results, ITC said all of its segments performed well during the quarter due to better performance on the digital adoption, customer focus and execution front. ITC said in a separate notice that its board of directors on Friday declared an interim dividend of Rs 6 per equity share of Rs 11 each for the 2022-23 fiscal year.
