On a historic third day of the 2022 Khelo India Youth Games, the hosts created an uproar by winning all four gold medals in Kayaking and Canoeing in the beautiful Lake Superior region of their capital city. In the table tennis competition held at Abhay Prashal, Indore, the teams of Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh won two gold medals in the boys’ and girls’ doubles matches. Maharashtra has won the gold medal in the girls’ category and Uttar Pradesh in the boys’ category.
In the women’s doubles final, Pritha Vartikar and Jennifer Varghese defeated Risha Mirchandani and Tanish Kotecha 3-0 (13-11, 11-9, 11-7).
