KONE Elevator India, a wholly owned subsidiary of KONE Corporation, a world leader in the elevator and escalator industry, has expanded its presence in North India with the opening of a state-of-the-art experience center in Gurugram. With the start of the new year, Kone India Company also inaugurated a warehouse for faster delivery of elevators and escalators and their spare parts and latest convenience close to customers.

Beginning of a new development chapter

Amit Gosai, Managing Director of KONE India, said: “This marks the beginning of a new chapter in KONE’s growth. We are determined to expand our presence in India and provide direct access to world class sustainable solutions. The new largest office in Gurgaon is designed with a vision of our continued growth, which will further strengthen our relationship with our clients. Additionally, our goal is to provide the best customer experience for sales, installation, service, parts, AMC or retrofit.” He further added that “the office is easily accessible and has the ability to serve clients from nearby Gurgaon and some places in Haryana like Rohtak, Manesar, Rewari.”

Know what facilities will be available

The new facility also features a state-of-the-art Experience Center, including the world’s first digitally connected elevators – the KONE DX class. Here, customers will be able to get acquainted with the quality and innovations that drive Cone. It will give customers a real feel for the performance, capability and technology of KONE products. One of KONE’s main initiatives is the transition of its fleet to low-emission vehicles in carbon-neutral operation. With the incorporation of electric vehicles, charging points are being provided to employees, motivating them to opt for low-emission vehicles. As a basement of this new office building, 50 EV charging points are included.
