Lenovo introduced the new Yoga series laptop at Tech World 2021. The new range includes the Yoga Slim 7 Carbon and the Yoga Slim 7 Pro. Both laptops run Windows 11 and will be available next month. The new Yoga Slim 7 Carbon and Yoga Slim 7 Pro laptops are powered by AMD Ryzen 7 Mobile processors. The Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Carbon weighs just 1.1kg and comes with three USB Type-C ports. The Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Pro model comes with a 16-inch QHD display and carries two USB Type-A ports. Both laptops come with up to 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of SSD storage.

The price of the new Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Carbon laptop starts at $1289.99 (around Rs 94,800). It will launch in North America as the Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 7 Carbon and is expected to be available starting next month. It will be available in the single cloud gray color option. Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Karbonn runs on Windows 11 and features a 14-inch QHD+ OLED display. Made by Samsung with 16:10 aspect ratio, 100% DECI-P3 color gamut, 90Hz refresh rate, 600 nits peak brightness, TUV Rheinland eye protection certification, VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification, and Corning Gorilla protection Glass.

The Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Carbon laptop is equipped with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800U octa-core processor combined with AMD Radeon graphics and optional Nvidia GeForce MX450 graphics. The laptop comes with up to 16GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 1TB PCIe M.2 SSD for internal storage. The laptop includes a 61 Whr battery with a dual charger that offers up to 3 hours of battery life in just 15 minutes of charging. It also comes with an average battery life of 14.5 hours.

The laptop has Dolby Atmos support for a better sound experience and is also compatible with Alexa Show Mode, Alexa’s built-in feature. It supports Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.1, and features like automatic screen lock when you’re not at your PC. Speaking of ports, it includes three USB Type-C ports and an audio jack. The Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Carbon measures 14.9mm at its thinnest point and weighs just 1.1kg.

Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Pro pricing starts at $1,449 (roughly Rs. 1,06,600) in the US. Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Pro will be available in North America as IdeaPad Slim 7 Pro. choice of cloud gray or storm gray color. Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Pro runs on Windows 11 and features a 16-inch QHD IPS touchscreen with 16:10 aspect ratio, 500 nits peak brightness, 120Hz refresh rate, TUV Rheinland Eye Comfort Certification , VESA-certified HDR 400 display and 100 percent sRGB is the color gamut coverage. Its touchpad is 11 percent larger than the previous generation model and includes gesture feedback.

The Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Pro is powered by the AMD Ryzen 7 5800H processor and is paired with the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 GPU. There is up to 16GB of dual-channel DDR4 RAM, up to 1TB of PCIe M.2 SSD2 storage, and a 75 battery. Whr which is claimed to offer up to 12.5 hours of battery life. It also comes with a smart noise canceling microphone to reduce ambient sound, has a built-in IR camera, and comes with built-in Alexa voice command support. It also supports Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision.
For connectivity, it includes Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.1, two USB Type-A ports, an HDMI port, a USB Type-C port, and an audio jack. Lenovo Yoga Slim 7 Pro is 17.4mm thick and weighs 2.1kg.
