Lenovo’s 3 new laptops launched with Intel Core H-Series processor, know the price

Lenovo has announced the Lenovo Legion 7i, Legion 5i and Legion 5i Pro gaming laptops. These laptops will be powered by the latest 11th generation Intel Core H-series mobile processors. This announcement from Lenovo has come with the 11th Gen Intel Core Tiger Lake-H processor, in which it will bring three updated laptop models and also bring a gaming monitor to the market. All of the laptops will come with Windows 10, Thunderbolt 4 support, and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity. All of these gaming laptops will be powered by Nvidia GeForce RTX laptop GPUs, including the latest Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 Ti and GeForce RTX 3050.

Lenovo Legion 7i (Storm Grey) starts at $1,769.99 (roughly Rs. 1.30 lakh) and Lenovo Legion 5i Pro (Stingray White, Storm Grey) starts at $1,329.99 (roughly Rs. 97,700). These models will be available for purchase starting in June of this year. Lenovo Legion 5i (Phantom Blue, Stingray White) pricing starts at $969.99 (roughly Rs. 71,300) and will be available for purchase from July 2021. Lenovo Legion Y25g-30 gaming monitor starts at $ 699.99 (roughly Rs. 51,400) and will be available for purchase from October this year. Lenovo hasn’t given any information about the international availability of these new gaming laptops and monitors.

Lenovo Legion 7i Specifications

Lenovo Legion 7i runs Windows 10 Pro and features a 16-inch WQXGA (2560 x 1600 pixels) IPS display with a 165Hz refresh rate. It has a 3ms response time, 100% sRGB coverage, and a 16:10 aspect. It also has 500 nits of brightness, VESA Display HDR 400 certification, Dolby Vision support, and Nvidia G-Sync compatibility. Talking about the internal specs, it packs an 11th Gen Intel Core i9-11980HK processor and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 laptop GPU. It is paired with 16GB GDDR6 VRAM with a maximum power of 165W. The Lenovo Legion 7i packs up to 32GB of 3200MHz DDR4 RAM and has up to 2TB of PCIe SSD storage.

Speaking of audio, it has a super linear speaker system with two 2W speakers and smart AMP with Nahimic audio. For connectivity, the device has two Thunderbolt 4 ports, a 3.5mm audio jack, a USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-C port, three USB Type-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports, an HDMI 2.1 port, and an Ethernet jack. Lenovo Legion 7i also has Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth v5.1. The company says that its battery can provide a backup of up to 8 hours. At the same time, the weight of this gaming laptop is 2.5 kg.

Lenovo Legion 5i, Legion 5i Pro: Specifications

Models with 15.6-inch and 17-inch displays have been launched in the Lenovo Legion 5i. While the Legion 5i Pro has a 16-inch screen size. All three models come with Windows 10 Pro. The Legion 5i has a 15-inch IPS WQHD (2560×1440 pixels) display with a 165Hz refresh rate. At the same time, its response time is 3 ms, and there is 100 percent sRGB coverage. It also has a maximum brightness of 300 nits, support for Dolby Vision, and support for Nvidia G-Sync. Its 17-inch model has a Full HD IPS screen (1,920×1,080 pixels) with a 144Hz refresh rate. It has 72 percent NTSC coverage.

The Legion 5i Pro, on the other hand, has a 16-inch WQXGA (2560×1600 pixels) IPS display with a 165Hz refresh rate and 500 nits of brightness. It is VESA certified display HDR 400, Low Blue Light – TUV certified and 16:10 aspect ratio.

These three models can be equipped with 11th Gen Intel Core i7-11800H CPU and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 laptop GPU. It has 8GB GDDR6 VRAM. The maximum power of the GPU varies from model to model. Lenovo Legion 5i and Legion 5i Pro pack up to 32GB and the 17-inch Legion 5i packs up to 16GB of DDR4 3200MHz RAM. In terms of storage, the 15.6-inch model packs up to 2TB of M.2 NVMe storage PCIe SSD, while the other two devices pack 1TB of PCIe SSD Gen 4 storage.
In all of these, there is talk of up to 8 hours of battery backup. Connectivity options are the same as on the Lenovo Legion 7i laptop, but the 17-inch Legion 5i adds a card reader. For audio, two 2W speakers are provided.

Lenovo Legion Y25g-30 Gaming Monitor Specifications

The Legion Y25g-30 24.5-inch gaming monitor has a FullHD display (1920 x 1080 pixels) with a 16:9 aspect ratio and a 360Hz refresh rate. It has a maximum brightness of 400 nits and a response time of 1 ms. It covers up to 99 percent of sRGB and has a 1000:1 contrast ratio. It is also compatible with Nvidia G-Sync and Nvidia Reflex. For connectivity on the Legion Y25g-30, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type B port, three USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A ports, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type C port, two HDMI 2.0 ports, and one DisplayPort 1.4 port have been provided. A 3.5mm audio jack is also provided inside.
