Loksabha Elections 2024: In Bihar, RJD MLA and Minister Chandrashekhar commented on Ramcharitmanas, and a few days later, SP leader Swami Prasad Maurya in UP did his best to give politics a forward versus backward face by raising a controversy over the chaupai of Ramcharitmanas. The question is, on this basis, will the Samajwadi Party and RJD stop the BJP’s hat-trick in the 2024 general election?
What is the Samajwadi Party’s plan for 2024? To understand this, let’s understand two recent statements. First from Akhilesh Yadav in which he said that there are many parties in the country who want a caste census. Samajwadi Party will go to every village and raise awareness about this in the coming times. The second statement is from Swami Prasad Maurya, in which he said that when the Chief Minister’s residence became vacant, these same BJP people washed it with Gangajal and cow urine. The contractors of the so-called religion had washed Akhilesh, who was born in the Shudra community, with cow urine considering him a Yadav. If Tiwari, Shukla or Mishra had been appointed instead of Yadav, would they have been washed with the water of the Ganges?”
Preparation to stop the BJP victory car
It must have been understood from these statements that preparations have already started to stop the BJP victory bandwagon in the Chakravyuh of castes in UP. Akhilesh’s former allies are angry with the SP, while the BJP knows the matter is serious. On the statements, CM MP and strong face of BJP OBC in the state, Keshav Maurya came forward and said: Samajwadi Party campaign is going on right now to divide society in the same way lemon mixes with milk, but this is your conspiracy will not succeed.
BJP Counterattack
When Samajwadi Party General Secretary Swami Prasad Maurya played the front vs. back game in UP under the guise of Ramcharit Manas, the BJP launched a counterattack. As the controversy is increasing. BJP attacks are also increasing. MP CM Dinesh Sharma said that SP should propose a development model instead of dreaming of winning elections by creating disharmony in the society.
BJP understands that if the caste cycle is not penetrated in time, then there may be difficulties for PM Modi’s victory chariot. BJP allies are also stepping up to break it. In UP, Cabinet Minister Sanjay Nishad said about Swami Prasad Maurya and the Samajwadi Party that whoever speaks out against religion is unfair. The faces of those who shot Ram and those who spoke about Ram have come out into the open. If two or four leaders remain like this, the remaining Samajwadi Party will also end.
Mayawati relief statement for BJP
For now, in the push-back battle, BJP has relieved itself of the BSP supremo’s statement. Digging into the SP on the Ramcharitmanas controversy, Mayawati wrote on Twitter: “It is not the texts of Ramcharitmanas and Manusmriti etc. of the weak and underserved classes of the country, but the Indian Constitution in which Babasaheb Dr. have been given the noun of OBC. Therefore, the SP should not insult them by calling them Shudras, nor should he disobey the Constitution.”
On the other hand, Akhilesh Yadav took aim at Mayawati without naming her and said that the people of Uttar Pradesh and the country know which party is helping the Bharatiya Janata Party.
Preparation of the great alliance in Bihar
Along with UP, in Bihar also the Grand Alliance has played the back and forth game. Minister Chandrashekhar’s statement is part of that episode. Along with this, the Nitish government has started a caste survey in the state. In this, the number of castes living in the state will be determined. Many opposition parties have been demanding a caste census in the country, which has not been accepted by the BJP government in the Center. But now, after the caste poll in Bihar, the pressure is mounting on BJP.
