The Ola S1 electric scooter was launched by the company in India last year and has been quite successful as well. Now, the company is all set to launch its range of electric bikes in India. According to the 91 Mobiles report, the company may launch its first bike under the name Ola Out of the World. It is said to have a range of up to 174 km on a single charge. A top speed of 110 kmph can be seen on the electric bike. Most importantly, the company will offer it at an affordable price, which may cost around Rs 1.5 lakhs. The company will be able to announce them on February 9.
Along with this, Ola Performax can be introduced in the mid-range, in which the company can launch three variants. The base variant can reach a top speed of 93 kmph with a range of 91 km on a single charge. At the same time, its second variant can arrive with a maximum speed of 95 kilometers per hour in a range of 133 kilometers. Its cost will also be lower and it can be offered at a price of up to Rs 1.15 lakh. Its premium model can come with a range of 174 kilometers with a maximum speed of 95 kilometers per hour. The price is said to be close to 1.25 lakhs.
The company’s biggest surprise will come with Ola Ranger. It will be introduced as the most affordable bike from the company, starting at Rs 85,000 only. The base model can get a range of 80 km with a top speed of 91 kmph. Its intermediate variant can come in a single charge range of 117 km with a top speed of 91 kmph. The premium variant of the model could come with a range of 153 km along with a top speed of 91 kmph.
Ola electric has not yet clarified what the launch schedule for the motorcycles will be. But next February 9, the company is going to have a great event. The company may also reveal its release date.
