According to the listing, the phone has been identified by its model number CPH2451. It has been said in the listing that the phone may come with Oxygen OS 13.0. The global version is also certified for compatibility with Wi-Fi 7. The Wi-Fi 6E version is also included. This is quite interesting since the Chinese model only offers support for Wi-Fi 6E.
The global variant of OnePlus 11 will offer dual SIM support, one of which is an eSIM. The FCC listing also includes a layout drawing of the phone, which shows how many antennas are installed inside the phone in addition to the information mentioned above.
