The price of Poco X4 Pro 5G in India is Rs 18,999. There are no two opinions that, to a large extent, this smartphone is similar to the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G recently reviewed by us. The rear panel is different on the Poco phone and there has been some difference in the specifications. But the proportion and body dimensions of both phones are the same. All ports and buttons are in the same position. The charger and USB cable of both smartphones are also the same. Even their boxes look similar, except for the printed material on them.

The Poco X4 Pro 5G weighs 205 grams, 3 grams more than the Redmi Note 11 Pro+ 5G. It could be because of the camera module. If you look closely, the cameras are also installed in the same position on both phones. Along with the main camera, AI is also imprinted in the same empty space seen on Redmi phones.
The difference is visible in the rear finish of Poco X4 Pro 5G. In addition to Poco’s signature yellow color, this phone also comes in Laser Blue and Laser Black. They all have a pattern of lines as seen in laser lights on any stage. By shaking the phone, lights are seen coming out of both corners. The Poco logo has been placed in large letters on the camera module. This is a brand that mostly doesn’t get into design details but looks great on its black unit.
It has a 64 megapixel camera. By testing in full review, we will find out if it has not been degraded in a real sense. Other than this, you get an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 16-megapixel front-facing camera.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC has been packed in the phone and the 5000mAh capacity battery is available with 67W fast charging. The phone has a 6.67-inch Super AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. Gorilla Glass 5 protection has been given. Stereo speakers are provided in the phone. It comes with dual 5G support but the SIM tray is hybrid. For connectivity, it is equipped with Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 5.1 and GPS. The device also has an infrared emitter at the top. Apart from this, a 3.5mm audio jack is also available.
Poco X4 Pro 5G has been given the skin of MIUI 11 based on Android 11. It seems that Poco was trying to provide an app drawer enabled by default. But other than that, everything else is the same as the first model. The Android 12 update is expected to be provided as well.

The base variant of Poco X4 Pro 5G has 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. The price of the variant is Rs 18,999. Its 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant costs Rs 19,999. Other than this, there is also an 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant that comes for Rs 21,999. Poco also offers offers and exchange bonuses for clients of some banks.
Poco was considered a brand focused solely on Xiaomi youth. Now the company is on a new path. There are already plenty of Redmi Note 11 series smartphones on the market and they seem to be competing with each other, even at the price point. In such a situation, it becomes very difficult to choose one of these best phones.
It might not seem right to focus too much on the similarities found in both smartphones, but these are the first impressions of this smartphone right now. It is very difficult to ignore these facts. We will do a complete review of this device so that you can know everything in detail. Until then, stay tuned for Gadgets 360.
