Justice Minister Kiren Rijiju tweeted on the matter: “As per the provisions of the Constitution of India, the Honorable President of India has elevated the Chief Justice of Allahabad High Court, Rajesh Bindal, and the Chief Justice of Allahabad. Gujarat HC, Arvind Kumar, to the Supreme Court, best wishes to them.”
