gondía, Naib Tehsildars in the state have been waging a fight with the government since 1998 over the Gazetted Class 2 grade salary and other demands. But the government does not see it with good eyes. Therefore, on behalf of the Maharashtra State Tehsildar and Naib Tehsildar Association, he has warned that he will go on strike from April 3rd. A memorandum has been submitted to the District Magistrate in this regard.
Naib Tehsildar, Gazetted Class 2 is a very important position in the Revenue Department of the State of Maharashtra. But the salary of the Naib Tehsildar post is not that of official Class 2, so the Maharashtra State Association of Naib Tehsildar and Tehsildar has repeatedly appealed to the government since 1998 till date to increase the salary of Naib Tehsildar. But the organization’s demands were not considered at the government level. At the same time, no information has been given to the institution in this regard, not even from the government level. An indefinite strike notice was also delivered to the government on behalf of the organization in connection with making the class 2 grade posted in the bulletin pay Rs 4800.
But this was not considered. Along with the then Additional Chief Secretary and Minister of Finance, the Minister of Finance had promised to resolve the matter at the meeting, but this was not carried out. KP The salary error committee headed by Bakshi made a submission to increase the salary of Naib Tehsildar to Rs 4800. But despite knowing the nature of the job, the responsibility, etc., the government is sitting blind on this.
Due to this, there is deep discontent among the Naib Tehsildars and it has been decided to go on strike from April 3rd. Tehsildar Leena Phalke, Prashant Ghorude, Nitin Chavre, AN Bitley, CN Wakde, PB Tiwari, R. NORTH. Palandurkar, Appasaheb Vankade, Kapil Ghorpade, CD Fundkar, Rangari, GR Nagpure, Kishore Bagde, DY Deshmukh etc. were included.
