Shiv Shastri Balboa: Anupam Kher has released the trailer for her upcoming movie with Neena Gupta. In the more than two minute long video, Anupam is introduced not as a boxer but as a trainer of boxers. Anupam shared the trailer on his YouTube channel with the caption. He wrote “Introducing the official trailer for Shiv Shastri Balboa!” Directed by Ajayan Venugopalan, the film also stars Jugal Hansraj, Nargis Fakhri, and Sharib Hashmi in key roles. It is scheduled to hit theaters on February 10, 2023.

Anupam Kher’s film revolves around the central character Shiv Shastri, who is retired from India and is a big fan of the Rocky movie. He moves to the USA where he lives with his son. During this he meets Neena Gupta. Neena Gupta is Indian, so Kher befriends her. Neena is in trouble and wants to go back to India, so Anupam Kher helps her. Actor Anupam Kher says his upcoming film ‘Shiv Shastri Balboa’ is a special film as he got the chance to play a leading role in it after spending three decades in the film industry. Directed by Ajayan Venugopalan, the story of this film is about an Indian living in a small town in America. Actress Neena Gupta will also be seen. Kher said that he is happy that both of them are finally in charge of the film. He said: “Nina and I have been working for many years. Now we have this opportunity. Before, there used to be a little photo of me on the poster of any movie. After working for 38 years, I will now be seen on the bill with my ‘heroine’ as the main character. This is a great achievement.

He said it at an event organized to release the trailer for the film ‘Shiv Shastri Balboa’. Neena Gupta said, “I am getting good roles according to my age. I’m not just playing the role of a mother.
