China and Russia strongly condemn such behavior.” However, the G20 was not named in the statement.

On the other hand, the two countries have also criticized the Quad’s working methods without giving names. The United States is using Quad to increase NATO’s military closeness with Asian countries, the two countries have made such accusations. “The United States is, in fact, fueling the possibility of a cold war by creating small groups in the Indo-Pacific region. As a result, the regional status quo is deteriorating.”
At the end of the joint statement, Russia and China announced the establishment of a counter-organization of the Quad. It is said on behalf of the two countries: “We are committed to building a new security system in the Indo-Pacific region. Regional peace will be maintained in cooperation with Third World countries, not in opposition to them.” By the way, the United States, Japan, Australia and India are already working to keep the peace in the region. This is the first time that anti-American powers have called for an alternative to the Quad. Informed circles are watching what position India will take in the tension between the two powers in the Pacific region.
